‘in FAITH we FOLLOW + in HOPE we LIVE + in LOVE we SERVE’
St Mary’s is a warm and lively church set in the heart of the Sussex Downs. Its worship is central Anglican and Eucharistic with a lively All Age service on the first Sunday of the month. The church is open all week for peace and private prayer.
We are always happy to meet new friends on a Sunday morning and make sure we get to know you with a cup of coffee after our service.
St Peter’s is a small but friendly church community. Our worship is diverse across the month, from a beautiful evensong on the first Sunday, a lively family service on the second, Celtic evening prayer on the third and a normal parish communion on the fourth. The church is also open for private prayer during the day. You may also like to see our stunning Millennium Tapestry.

St James’ is a real treasure of a church; set in a beautiful hamlet it is also a place of the traditional prayer book - a truly stunning combination! So if a quiet service is your thing, in a tranquil setting, using the old and poetic prayer book, then Selham is your place. The church is also open for private prayer during the day.
The Priory Churches benefice is made up of three village churches - St Mary’s Church, Easebourne, St Peter’s Church, Lodsworth and St James’ Church, Selham. We see ourselves as one church with three buildings; if one church lacks what you are looking for, then our other two churches may just have the answer. You are welcome to join us for any of our services.
